Booking Terms & Conditions
Deposit & Payment
• A 25% booking fee is due upon invoice to secure your date.
• Balance of 75% must be paid in full 30 days before the event by bank transfer to
Exquisite Events Entertainment

Cancellations
• Cooling-off: Full refund of the booking fee if you cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• After 48 hours: Booking fee is non-refundable.
• Cancel more than 30 days before event → loss of booking fee only.
• Cancel within 30 days of event → no refund of any amount.
• Refunds only apply if we cancel or we both agree in writing.
• If we cannot perform due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement.
Rescheduling by You
• Rescheduling within 30 days of event .
• Your booking fee transfers to the new date.
• Same-year reschedules keep the original price.
• Reschedules into a new year will be charged at that year's rate.
• Payment is due on the original due date or within 6 weeks of notice—whichever comes first.
Weather
• Outdoor events require shelter in rain and shade in heat (30°C+, especially over 35°C).
• Without cover, we may be unable to perform and no refund will be given.
